We only offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Returns are not accepted for sizing issues or change of preference.
To be eligible for return:
- Item must be unused and unwashed
- Product must be in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
Once your return is approved and the product is successfully picked up, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We offer easy exchanges for size issues or damaged products, subject to stock availability.
- Exchange requests must be raised within the return/exchange window
- Replacement depends on product availability
- We will pay for exchange shipping only if the product is damaged or defective
- In all other cases, exchange shipping charges will be borne by the customer
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
- However, you may still request a return after delivery as per the return policy

- Such items can only be returned or exchanged if they are damaged or defective upon delivery
